Damar is currently seeking a Site Human Resources Manager to join our team at our East campus in Richmond, Indiana! This role serves as the primary Human Resources leader for the site, providing hands-on HR support to employees and leaders while independently managing employee relations, workplace investigations, manager support, full-cycle recruiting, employee lifecycle support, and local HR compliance. The Site Human Resources Manager will oversee HR needs from start to finish while partnering with Damar’s enterprise Human Resources team for specialized expertise and support.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys taking ownership, building strong relationships with leaders and employees, and working across a broad range of Human Resources responsibilities. You’ll have the autonomy to make an impact at the site while still having the support of a broader HR team. In this role, you’ll directly influence the employee experience, support leaders, and help strengthen Damar’s growing presence in the Richmond community.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours

Essential Job Functions
The essential functions of this position require the physical ability and mobility needed to perform the job.
