Damar Services is looking for a Dentist to help build and grow our dental services while providing high-quality, patient-centered care as part of an integrated healthcare team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Dentist who wants to practice comprehensive dentistry while making a meaningful impact. You'll provide preventive, restorative, and surgical dental care while collaborating with medical, behavioral health, nursing, and other healthcare professionals.
This is more than an opportunity to step into an established dental practice. You'll play an important role in the development and continued growth of dental services at Damar, helping shape clinical practices and expand access to high-quality oral healthcare for the individuals and communities we serve.
Schedule: Monday-Friday daytime schedule with no weekends and no on-call
Monday-Wednesday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; Thursday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

Essential Job Functions
The essential functions of this position require the physical ability and mobility needed to perform the job. This includes the ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods; occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs.; operate office equipment, including a computer keyboard; travel to other locations using private or commercial transportation; and communicate effectively to exchange information.
The position also requires the ability to recognize and respond appropriately to client behaviors, staff instructions, safety concerns, and emergencies in an environment where individuals may display aggressive, self-injurious, sexually maladaptive, elopement, or other unpredictable behaviors.
Regular and acceptable attendance, excluding approved absences and periods of leave, is also an essential function of the position.
