We’re seeking a full-time Pharmacist who will play a key role in interpreting prescription orders, packaging, labeling, dispensing, administering, and distributing medications and medical devices. • Collaborates with providers on medication
• Ensures QRE’s are properly
• Participates in site meetings to address patient care and operational requirements, including one-on-one communication.

What you need to be considered...

• Current and valid Indiana Pharmacist license
• Certification in immunizations
• Minimum age of 21 per licensure requirements.
• Ability to pass and maintain CPR certification.
• No felony convictions or other criminal offenses involving a dependent population.
• Must meet and maintain background screening requirements for all Damar Programs as detailed in policy 1.HR.02 Pre-Employment and Employee Background Checks.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record that meets eligibility requirements of Damar’s insurance carrier (for all positions requiring driving).
