Join us in empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or autism. Damar is looking for a talented and motivated Senior Digital Marketing Specialist. The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing all digital marketing platforms for Damar and its related subsidiaries, including websites, email marketing systems, social media channels, and digital registration/fundraising tools. Ensuring alignment with the organization’s brand across platforms, the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist creates and maintains web pages, digital tools, social posts, and email campaigns. This position works collaboratively with internal teams to support organizational marketing needs and supports other creative endeavors on an as-needed basis.

• Attends mandatory staff meetings, supervision, trainings and other meetings as assigned.
• Serves as primary administrator for multiple Damar WordPress websites (including performing regular website maintenance and browser/performance testing).
• Builds company websites or leads execution of development, as needed, including designing, updating landing pages, digital forms and other digital content.
• Manages Google AdWords campaigns or other pay-per-click ad campaigns as well as monitors Google reviews and responds appropriately.
• Manages website structure, SEO settings, plugins, and basic integrations, ensuring all digital tools are properly connected and integrated.
• Manages and updates third-party online listings and directories with up-to-date content.
• Creates, builds, tests, and sends dynamic, targeted emails and e-newsletters and tracks effectiveness of campaigns and open rates. Manages lists, segmentation, tagging, and data hygiene, tracking and reporting performance, as needed.
• Develops, plans, schedules, and posts content across all social channels. Including monitoring engagement, responding and escalating, as needed.
• Aids in capturing photos and video for websites, emails, e-newsletters and other marketing needs, including regularly updating website photography and graphics.
• Manages relationships with Damar digital vendors and partners, including keeping up with security and system updates across all Damar digital marketing areas.
