Damar Pharmacy Services, LLC has a great opportunity for a PRN Pharmacist to join our team to fill in as needed throughout the year. Under the direction of the Director of Pharmacy, the Pharmacist is responsible for the full practice of pharmacy in accordance with applicable regulatory statues and accreditation standards; interpreting prescription orders, packaging, labeling, dispensing, administering and distribution of drugs and devices; accepts full responsibility as Pharmacy Manager of the site as defined in the Indiana Board of Pharmacy statutes, and other requirements as defined by DEA, AAAHC, 340B and other accreditation requirements.

Essential Job Functions:
Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight (up to 35lbs); to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
