Damar Services is looking for a talented and motivated Behavioral Health Outpatient Associate with a big heart to join our Outpatient and Behavioral Services team. The Behavioral Health Outpatient Associate is responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans for assigned clients. This role provides individual and/or group therapy, along with other support services, while collaborating with the treatment team.

• Maintains clinical case load.
• Provides counseling services for identified clients and their support network.
• Performs comprehensive formal and functional assessments.
• Take referrals for “day troopers”.
• Implements, coordinates, monitor, documents, and evaluate measurable treatment goals. 
• Maintains required productivity.
• Participates in clinical staffing for clients.
• Interacts professionally with parents, school, medical personnel, and others stakeholders with professionalism and the highest levels of interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Functions:
Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight (up to 35lbs); to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
Vision: See in the normal visual range with or without correction.
Hearing: Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
