Damar is currently seeking a Specialized Initiatives Coordinator for Competency Attainment Services (CAS). The Specialized Initiatives Coordinator is responsible for leading, directing, and monitoring CAS for youth receiving those services. This role manages all direct competency work and case management for assigned clients, ensuring all functions align with Damar’s Strategic Plan and state/court requirements. Responsibilities include oversight of electronic and paper records, as well as ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards of care.
This position offers a flexible schedule that includes travel throughout the state of Indiana. Some work can be completed remotely, and a shared office space is also available at our main campus.

Essential Job Functions:
Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight (up to 35lbs); to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
