Are you interested in a career in Human Resources?  Whether you have just a little experience or maybe you're just getting started, our Talent Acquisition Coordinator opportunity could be the perfect role for you!  A Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an integral partner in supporting recruiting activities such as souring for candidate, completing candidate interviews, and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Damar Services. They work closely with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team to provide recruiting support.

Some of the ways you will be making a difference...

  • Proactive identification of talent using multiple techniques, including: job boards, Boolean keyword searches, college and university partnership, internal ATS, social media, networking, employee referrals, career fairs and other effective resources.
  • Identifies and develops appropriate channels to recruit candidates for internships and agency openings to include active and passive sourcing, building relationships within the community (i.e., colleges, employment agencies, and recruiters), and participating in job fairs.
  • Develops, implements and executes hiring strategy to achieve strategic recruitment targets.
  • Maintains accurate information in the Applicant Tracking system to include moving candidates through the recruitment workflow, responding to candidate inquiries, and completing all required requisition fields to allow for accurate and timely reporting of processes.
  • Consults with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop position specific recruitment plans and identify candidate pools.

What do you need to be considered...

  • High school diploma or GED required. 
  • 1-year experience customer service-related role preferred.
  • Previous experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.

Essential Job Functions:

Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight (up to 35lbs); to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.

Vision: See in the normal visual range with or without correction.

Hearing: Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
