Join us in empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or autism. Damar Services is looking for a talented and motivated Intensive Foster Care Supervisor to join our team. The Intensive Foster Care Supervisor is responsible for completion of treatment plan development and implementation, data collection, and behavioral intervention in individual treatment of intensive mental health and behavioral services. Assists the IFC Director with oversight of the clinicians and staff within IFCS. Responsible for maintaining and reviewing clinical documentation of all services provided. The IFC Supervisor co-leads with the Director, a multidisciplinary team that supports high acuity youth in out-of-home placements. Co-leads the IFC Crisis Response Team and provides crisis responses to IFC youth and families. Ensures IFC providers and services are in line with the current IFC Service Standard as outlined by DCS.

• Must be willing to be trained and certified in Functional Family Therapy (FFT).
• Attends/completes/leads mandatory staff meetings, staff training, and other meetings.
• Completes intake assessment for new IFC referrals.
• Carries a small caseload of approximately 5 IFC cases.
• Provides client specific training to IFC staff and trains caregivers on their caseload.
• Ensures Intensive Foster Care staff are prepared to support the youth and family.
• Remains available and approachable to IFC Team for questions, concerns, or ideas regarding client programming or behavior interventions.
• Provides direct clinical oversight to assigned caseload of clients and their treatment teams.
• Regularly reviews client data and graphs to make swift decisions and ensure client success is being made.
• Completes individual treatment plans and behavior intervention plans, updating minimum of every 6 months.
• Remains knowledgeable of each assigned client’s plan of care and its progress and adjusts plan of care when sufficient progress has been made or a lack of progress is seen.

Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight (up to 35lbs); to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
Vision: See in the normal visual range with or without correction.
Hearing: Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
