Damar Services is looking for a talented and motivated Intensive Intensive Foster Care (IFC) Clinical Supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and providing behavioral interventions for intensive mental health and behavioral services. The IFC Clinical Supervisor assists the Director of Intensive Foster Care Services with oversight of clinicians and staff within IFCS and is responsible for maintaining and reviewing clinical documentation for all services provided. In collaboration with the Director, the IFC Clinical Supervisor co-leads a multidisciplinary team supporting high-acuity youth in out-of-home placements and co-leads the IFC Crisis Response Team, providing crisis interventions to IFC youth and families as needed. Additionally, the IFC Clinical Supervisor ensures that IFC providers and services comply with the current IFC Service Standard as outlined by DCS.

Essential Job Functions:
Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight (up to 35lbs); to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
