Join us in empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or autism. Damar is looking for a talented and motivated Case Manager to join our highly skilled team. This person will be responsible for assisting young people develop the necessary skills via experimental learning in order to enhance self-sufficiency. Services that could be provided to clients include Educational, Vocational and Employment, Health, Housing, Life and Social Skills, and Youth Development.

What you need to be considered...
Education: Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or a directly related human service field.
Experience: 3 years of formal experience in this field.
Equipment Familiarity: Proficiency with MS Office applications including: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight (up to 35lbs); to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
