Damar is looking for a talented and motivated Behavioral Health Outpatient Associate with a big heart to join us. The Behavioral Health Outpatient Associate is responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans for assigned clients. This role provides individual and/or group therapy, along with other support services, while collaborating with the treatment team.

Education: Master’s degree required. Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or applicable discipline preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of social work or counseling experience. Experience working with children with challenging behaviors, developmental and/or emotional disabilities is desired.
Equipment Familiarity: Proficiency with MS Office applications including: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight (up to 35lbs); to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
