Damar Services is looking for a talented and motivated Crisis Response Supervisor to join our team. The Crisis Response Supervisor is responsible for completion of treatment plan development and implementation, data collection, and behavioral intervention in individual treatment of intensive mental health and behavioral services. Assists the treatment team and other members as designated, in the creation of behavior intervention plans. Responsible for maintaining documentation of all services provided. The Crisis Response Supervisor leads a multidisciplinary team to support high acuity youth in out of home placements.

• Provide oversight and guidance to the team of clinicians and paraprofessionals to ensure those who access the service are receiving quality care.
• Serve as a backup for team members as necessary.
• Travel in and around Marion County to assist with promotion of the program and participate in any related community meetings.

Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight (up to 35lbs); to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
