Damar is looking for a talented and motivated Outpatient Clinician with a big heart to join us at our new Damar Healthcare Clinic on the southwest side of Indianapolis as we expand our medical services into the community. The Outpatient Clinician will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans for assigned patients. In addition, the Outpatient Clinician will provide individual and family therapy and other support services to assigned patients while assisting the treatment team, in the evaluation of clinical services.

What you need to be considered...
Must already have an LSW, LMHCA, or LMFTA and be “actively seeking” full licensure.
Actively seeking licensure through collection of 3000 supervision hours, including participation in licensure supervision cohorts through Damar as needed to collect all/remaining supervision hours.
When actively seeking licensure, must submit application to test for full licensure within 60 days of completion of the required 3000 supervision hours.
Once the application is received and approved, candidate will have 12 months to take and pass the exam needed to obtain licensure.
If the candidate fails to obtain the license after a maximum of 3 years from your hire date, you will no longer be eligible for the position.
If at any time licensure lapses (through exam failure, temporary license expiration, etc), you will no longer be eligible for the position.
LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT preferred.
Essential Job Functions:
Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight (up to 35lbs); to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
Vision: See in the normal visual range with or without correction.
Hearing: Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
