Since 1967, Damar, Inc has been recognized in central Indiana, and throughout the state, as one of the largest not-for-profit organizations and a leading provider of specialty behavioral health and intellectual and developmental disability (I/DD) services at our facilities in Southwestern Marion County and across Indianapolis. Where will I be located?
On the southwestern side of Indianapolis in the Plainfield/Camby area at our Health Services Clinic!
What would I be doing?
You will deliver quality nursing care by coordinating with providers, handling insurance denials and appeals, verifying medication accuracy and lab scheduling, and supporting our nursing team with pre-employment physicals!

Monday-Wednesday 8a-5p
Thursday 8a-6p
Friday 8a-4p

What you need to be considered...
Must have Indiana nursing license as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
At least one year of experience as a nurse is required.
Essential Job Functions:
Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight (up to 35lbs); to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
Vision: See in the normal visual range with or without correction.
Hearing: Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
