Damar is looking for a talented and motivated Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team onsite at our campus on the Southwest Side of Indianapolis. If you have a strong background in Accounts Receivable, this could be a wonderful fit! The Revenue Cycle Specialist is responsible for managing the financial aspects of the organization's revenue cycle, including medical billing, collections, and reimbursement. They will ensure accurate and timely billing, maximize revenue, and minimize denials and payment delays. The Revenue Cycle Specialist will also analyze and resolve billing issues, communicate with insurance companies and patients, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing regulations and guidelines.

Essential Job Functions:
