We’re currently seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for full-time positions on our Crisis Response Team, based at our main residential facility on the Southwest side of Indianapolis. As a member of the Crisis Response Team, you’ll play a critical role in supporting Intensive Autism Technicians by:
Ensuring proper implementation of treatment plans and interventions as designed by the Intensive Autism Supervisor.
Providing immediate, constructive feedback to technicians who are struggling.
Reinforcing the application of ABA principles tailored to each client’s specific needs.
Supporting ongoing training initiatives and helping develop key skills and competencies required for effective autism programming.

Essential Job Functions:
Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight (up to 35lbs); to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
