Damar Services is looking for a Behavior Consultant with a big heart and a passion for working with children and adults with intellectual and development disabilities in a community based setting to join our team! The Behavior Consultant provides direct behavior management consultation services to clients, staff members, and family members. Our Behavior Consultants work with diverse individuals across environments. These services include client observation, the development and documentation of specific behavior management plans, direct intervention with clients, education and training for staff, crisis intervention, and service coordination, among others. Essential Job Functions:
